Services Provided

Atlas Notary offers notary public, loan signing, and related mobile notary services in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing valid, government-issued identification for all signers.

• Ensuring all documents are complete (no blank spaces) before notarization.

• Confirming that the signer(s) understand the document(s) being signed.

• Paying agreed fees before or at the time of service.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being declined or rescheduled.

Mobile Notary Appointments​

​

Mobile notary services may include additional travel or convenience fees, depending on location and timing.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment & Refund Policy​

Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Refunds are only issued in cases where Atlas Notary is unable to complete the service due to our own error or cancellation.
